Flotation Therapy
Float effortlessly inside a sound and lightproof tank, filled with skin-temperature salt-saturated water.
Floating has been linked to psychological and physiological benefits, from elevated mood and reduced stress to improved athletic ability and increased creativity.
We have four flotation tanks, each located in a private room.

Also known as Contrast Therapy, alternating between cold and warm temperatures helps to reduce inflammation, increase circulation, strengthen your immune system, and more.
Our Cold Plunge is in the same room as one of our Far-Infrared Saunas, so you can alternate between the two at your own pace.
